植物蛋白提取试剂适用于多种植物根,茎,叶及果实等的新鲜或冻存组织。植物组织成分复杂,含有较多酚类物质、多糖、色素、次生代谢物质等,致使植物蛋白质的分离提取变得困难和复杂。本试剂采用优化的试剂和程序,快速有效提取多种植物中的可溶性和疏水性蛋白成分,有效去除植物组织所含的多酚、多糖、醌、色素、脂质、次生代谢物质等干扰蛋白质研究的成分,使提取的蛋白质处于的活性状态和检测状态,适应于酶学活性测定,单向及双向蛋白电泳,Western Blot和免疫共沉淀分析等蛋白质研究实验。
