酵母蛋白抽提试剂用于从酵母细胞中快速,高效而温和地抽提可溶性蛋白。采用该试剂处理,可以避免激烈的机械处理造成的氧化和热度升高对目的蛋白的破坏作用。使用方便,避免了重复性差的研磨法,超声波法或压榨法对酵母细胞的破坏。与传统方法相比,处理得到的提取液中可溶蛋白产量大,活性高,提取快速;提取后蛋白用BCA法进行蛋白定量分析。提取液可以直接用于Ni-NTA 、GST等亲和纯化。酵母蛋白抽提试剂盒中带有蛋白酶抑制剂混合物,可有效避免蛋白提取过程中蛋白的降解。
