产品说明:一步法昆虫细胞活性蛋白提取试剂盒能够高效地从杆状病毒感染的悬浮或帖壁培养的Sf9、Sf21等细胞系中提取可溶性蛋白质。该试剂采用温和的非离子型去污试剂和盐以及缓冲试剂以增强提取效率和蛋白质的稳定性,提取的可溶性蛋白保持了蛋白质的原有功能,可以用于HIS或GST标签蛋白质纯化、离子交换色谱、酶免分析(Western Blot、ELISA、RIA)、Pull down、EMSA、1D和2D电泳等,也可以用于报告基因(Galactosidase、Luciferase、Chloramphenicol Acetyltransferase)在内的酶活性分析、蛋白激酶(PKC、PKA、Tyrosine Kinase)分析等,由抽提试剂、蛋白酶抑制剂混合物、DTT和PMSF组成。Store:2~8℃。 产品特点: 1、采用温和的非离子型去污试剂高效提取可溶性蛋白,提取效率高于传统的超声法; 2、提取液可以透析去除离子和去污试剂,或将缓冲液替换为实验所需要的合适缓冲液; 3、提取的蛋白可以直接用于HIS或GST标签蛋白质纯化、离子交换色谱、酶免分析、Pull Down、EMSA、1D和2D电泳等,也可以用于报告基因在内的酶活性分析、蛋白激酶分析等; 4、可以用于悬浮或贴壁培养的Sf9、Sf21等细胞系中提取可溶性蛋白质。 |
