测定方法 比色法（565nm）定量测定L -乳酸的浓度。
产品说明 乳酸是在缺氧或厌氧条件下由乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)催化生成。因此乳酸浓度的监测是组织内氧需求与利用平衡的良好指标。同时对细胞和动物生理学研究也很重要。简单，直接和自动化的乳酸浓度检测方法是非常可取的。博世生物技术提供的L-乳酸测试盒是基于乳酸脱氢酶催化氧化乳酸，其中形成的NADH耦合到甲臜(MTT)发色体上。产物的颜色强度(565nm)与样品中乳酸的浓度成正比。
适用范围 直接检测：样品如血清、血浆、细胞培养物中的乳酸浓度。

Description Lactate is generated by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) under hypoxic or anaerobic conditions. Monitoring lactate levels is, therefore, a good indicator of the balance between tissue oxygen demand and utilization and is useful when studying cellular and animal physiology. Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for measuring lactate concentration are very desirable. our EnzyChromTM lactate assay kit is based on lactate dehydrogenase catalyzed oxidation of lactate, in which the formed NADH reduces a formazan (MTT) reagent. The intensity of the product color, measured at 565 nm, is proportionate to the lactate concentration in the sample.
Applications Direct Assays: lactate in serum, plasma, and cell media samples.
